Sanctuary: The Keepers Era App is complete now!
Hi dear backers,
Long time no see! How are you all doing lately?
We have great news for you!! Our amazing developers took care of implementing the last missing piece of the App of Sanctuary: The Keepers Era: the Deckbuilding helper and the custom decks vault is now available! 🤩
This section is already present for Google Play and soon it will be for IOS as well. If you haven't downloaded the App yet, go ahead at the links below.

The updated rulesheets in German, English, French, Italian, Japanese and Spanish are on our website and shortly will be added to the App as well!

US and Canada - fulfillment is complete!
Hello everyone!
Today we wanted to let everyone of you know that Funagain Logistics, our partner for North America and Canada stated the fulfillment is over and all parcels have been shipped.
If you need help with your parcel, you can contact our support at [email protected] and they will be happy to enquire about it with our logistics partner in order to assist you!
Updated Rulebook
The base rulebook has been updated with improvements and clarifications.
Additionally, our graphic team took care of paginating all the rulebooks in A5 format.
You can find the German, English, French, Italian, Japanese and Spanish rules on our website and below as well! 👇
Soon we will also release the updated Rulesheet in all the mentioned languages both on our website and on the App, always in A5 format. We will of course notify everyone through another update :)

Great news: US/CA games soon in your hands!

US/CA games are now moving!
Hi guys!
After the long-lasting congestion at the railway where the cargoes could not be discharged, we are very happy to say that we are out of the woods at last: the games are finally moving! This is a breath of fresh air and we could not be more relieved! 🙌
The cargoes were picked up at the Chicago railway and were brought to Funagain Logistics' hub (our fulfillment partner) in Indianapolis.
Now that they are in our fulfillment partner's hands, the shipping phase started!
Since there are more than 2500 parcels for US backers, the whole process will take up to three weeks approximately and there will be different shipping waves consequently.
Please note that the pallets containing the games destined to Canada (more than 300 parcels) will go out to our Canadian fulfillment partner at the beginning of next week at the latest.
We will keep you posted as soon as we have further news but, in the meantime, YAYYY!!! 💪🎆

US/CA - Latest on shipping!

Latest on the US/CA shipment
Hello everyone!
We are constantly in contact with both our shipping agents at OTX Logistics and the Chicago Railway in order to gather more details and updates about the situation of the cargoes containing the US and Canadian parcels.
We waited a little longer before releasing an update hoping there would be further news on this matter, but unfortunately this is not the case, so here is a recap we wanted to share with you concerning what we are aware of so far!
As of today, the container is still at the yard in Chicago and OTX Logistics is not yet able to pick it up. After our call with them we had the confirmation that this very congestion is affecting several shipments throughout the United States (also those destined to Seattle and Los Angeles). This chassis shortages is a pandemic-related issue which caused a domino effect and is occurring not only to cargoes in the railway but also to cargo aircrafts as well, which are stuck and still waiting to be discharged at the moment.

The following is the last information our shipping agents received from COSCO Shipping Lines:
"This unit has de-ramped at LPC, but due to elevated volume at the facility resulting in limited capacity for parked units on chassis, this unit is currently ground-stacked and not yet accessible. Due to this, the notification has been suspended and the unit will not notify/start the storage clock until the unit is moved over to Lot S where the unit will be stacked, but available for a driver to retrieve. ETA to Lot S is currently not available as this is dependent on current capacity at the yard."
We are sorry about all this and about any possible frustration on your side. We feel frustrated as well, especially because this whole situation is outside of our control.

We will of course keep you in the loop about this as soon as we know more and we hope to have good news soon.

In the meantime, our developers took care of another App update which includes the downloadable rulebooks in English, French, German, Italian, Japanese and Spanish.
For Android it is already available, while for IOS it will be available in the next few days.
