First App release!
Hello dear supporters!
It's official: the App of Sanctuary: The Keepers Era has been released!!! It is available both in the Google Play store and in the App store. Go download it now! ⬇
Now you will be able to enjoy more the game, by checking the Set up, Cards Reference, Lore and Artworks sections while turning on the original soundtrack to delve more into the mesmerizing and obscure atmosphere of Sanctuary: The Keepers Era.
Please note that this is the first release, while the next ones will also include the Rulebooks, the deckbuilding helper and the custom decks ;)
UK fulfillment has started!
We have good news for the UK parcels! We just received confirmation from our logistics partner Zatu that the shipment process has begun! Today they began to dispatch the orders and between this and next week they should finish to ship all parcels. Please take into consideration that the parcels are almost 700, so they will ship the parcels in waves.
US parcels
As per our last message we wrote in the comment section immediately after our last update, the US/CA cargo left the Port on June 14th.
The estimated time of arrival in Indianapolis was around June 20th, if no delay...in fact, we are among those who are struggling since several weeks with the US railway heavy congestion.
Therefore, our container arrived at Chicago railway at the end of the last week.
Since then still no sign of the discharge.
We are daily inquiring with our partners and with the steamship line and railway, and we still don't have a certain delivery date estimate.
They will keep us posted once the pickup is available and they will be consequently able to schedule the delivery to the fulfillment hub of our logistics partner Funagain Logistics, located in Indianapolis.
We will of course follow up in gathering information about our cargoes day by day.
As soon as we have more information we will let you know.

UK parcels fulfillment
Hello everyone!
Here's an update to let you stay in the know about the latest developments concerning the UK parcels.
As you know, Brexit has introduced a lot of new snags with getting products into the UK and these reflected consequently in Kickstarter projects as well, even more in almost entirely fulfilled ones.
As we stated in the comments few days ago, in order to find the best solution possible, we reached out the UK customs and several shipping services to explore all the options.
In fact, the customs in UK took a quite long period of time before disclosing the details.
The whole process was quite messy and few weeks have passed before we knew exactly the details along with the next steps and we wanted to get back at you only with a concrete answer.
Finally, after days and days of back and forth, we have received real news and we made an important decision: considering all the issues our UK supporters would incur in, in this delicate phase of transition we chose we will take care of the additionalcosts ourselves (VATcosts) in order to facilitate our UK backers as much as possible. For the future this won't be applied anymore, since the VAT will be calculated differently.
Within the end of this week the fulfillment service will pick up the UK parcels from Meeple Logistics.
They stated that, it should take around 10 working days for the goods to clear through customs and land in the UK, though there may be further delays due to Brexit.
Once the goods have landed in the UK, been booked in, fulfillment should begin and orders will be sent out on a Tracked service within 5-7 working days.
Please take into consideration that the amount of UK parcels almost 700.
As soon as we have further details on the shipment process from the UK fulfillment service we will let you know.
US/CA parcels
As mentioned in the comments section, lately there has been a quite heavy congestion at the railway in Chicago.
We have been contacting our shipping agents on a daily basis to enquire about the situation and the estimation on its resolution. We have been informed that this is due to chassis/rail-card shortages and this congestion is affecting the whole system in many ways, indeed.
We hope there will be good news soon on this matter and the games for US and Canadian backers will soon pass through the railway and reach our fulfillment partners.
On our side, we will surely let you know when we receive further information on this.
European parcels
As for the rest of the European fulfillment we received confirmation that Meeple Logistics have shipped all parcels!
Furthermore, our Italian logistics partner told us the parcels were already picked up by the courier and within a couple of days also the last backers will receive their tracking numbers.
On a last note, our support is currently handling few shipping related issues for some parcels, which is normal when it comes to projects with thousands of rewards to fulfill. Yet the majority of them have been delivered with no hassle ;)
Asian and rest of the world parcels
Our logistic partner VFI stated all orders were sent out to the hubs.
Most of the parcels were delivered, except for the Brazilian ones. We will keep you posted.
The parcels for remote areas leaving from our warehouse were all shipped out.

They will inquire about it with our logistics partners and assist you in order to let you receive your game :)

Shipping update!
Howdie, dear backers!
These are the latest information on shipping we have 🔽
At the beginning of thisweek the games will start to be shipped to our Italian backers.
Within the end of thisweek the first wave of European games will be shipped.
Within this week the goods will arrive to Chicago by rail and custom formalities will start.
Most of the Australian and New Zealand orders have been shipped and this week they should finish shipping the rest.
Games in our hands!
We are eager to say that today we welcomed with zeal the pallets containing Sanctuary: The KeepersEra in our warehouse!!!
It is always thrilling to feel the game in your hands and by far, to be honest, this one is of course our most expected step of the process 🤩
The quality requirements we searched for throughout all phases have been met and we couldn't be more proud! From the sleeves to the game boxes, everything went smoothly!
We cannot wait until everyone receives their copies but, in the meantime, a carousel of images is here so ENJOY!

Shipping update!
Hi everyone, what's up?
These past weeks we have been constantly monitoring the shipping status through our shipping agent, the customs and our logistic partners around the worlds and here are the latest!
EUROPEAN AND ITALIAN GAMES
The European cargo containing both the Italian and European games have cleared customs right now.
Our logistics partner in Italy will receive all of them within a couple of working days and in about three weeks will ship the Italian games.
For the rest, after a thorough check, the goods will head for the European partner located in France by mid of next week. That land transport could take up to one week.
The French partners stated they should be able to package, label and finally start shipping in the two weeks after they receive them.
NORTH AMERICAN GAMES
We received confirmation that yesterday the vessel discharged and it's waiting on rail connection to Chicago, where it will have to clear customs.
From there, it will have to be transported to our logistics partners warehouse locatedin Indianapolis. Furthermore, our shipping agent sent us a statement and we want to share it with you all to give you as much details as possible about the estimates and possible delays due to the current worldwide situation:
"All of this is very much up in the air as far as timelines go. We have been seeing all kinds of delays in the process, as well as several containers being held up for more extensive customs inspections. It is impossible to tell at this point how long all of this process will take before the containers actually arrive at our warehouse. Our best guess is 2-3 weeks until containers arrive if everything goes smoothly, but that could change depending on how long each step in the process takes. For now, I cannot give more specific time frames on fulfillment until we see when the containers actually show up."
As always, as soon as we know more we will let everyone stay in the know!
ASIANGAMES
Our fulfillment partner VFI Asia reported they finished packing most orders and already sent them out to the hub. Below the details:
Taiwan and Singapore's games have been delivered.
Hong Kong, China, Ukraine, Mexico and Russia's orders were sent out by SF Express.
Malaysia's order were sent out to the hub on April 24th.
Thailand's games were sent to the hub on April 27th.
Korea's orders were sent out to the hub on May 10th.
Japan's orders were sent out to the hub on May 11th.
Philippines' orders were sent out to the hub on May 12th.
United Arab Emirates and Israel's orders are scheduled to be sent out to the hub around the end of May.
Brazil's order are about to be shipped to the hub.
AUSTRALIAN AND NEW ZEALAND GAMES
They received everything and they have started packing them.
This process will end within next week.
Afterwards, parcels will start going out and should hopefully be received soon by our backers.

We want to share with you the images of the last two collections at the factory: respectively the European cargo picked up on March 29th and the last NorthAmerican cargo (the full container) on March 30th.
European cargo
North American cargo
Lately we have been constantly keeping in touch with our shipping agent more than ever about the latest on the vessels.
Despite the unpredictable incident of that cargo ship stranded in the Suez Canal caused a whole traffic jam for lots of shipments and the already critical shipping situation due to the pandemic, we are happy to announce that we finally received all the Pre-Alerts from our shipping agent.
In this difficult situation, we received them days after the actual departure 🚢, but now we can officially say that:
Vessel CSCL SATURN/069W which contains the European cargo (also the rest of the world games) departed on April 1st .
Vessel APL TURKEY/0GX0JE which contains part of the North American cargodepartedonApril 2nd.
Vessel XIN DA YANG ZHOU/075E which contains the other part of the North American cargo departed on April 2nd.
Vessel ANL GIPPSLAND/051S which contains the cargo for Australia and New Zealand departed on April 6th.
If you insert the name of the ship in the Marine Traffic website, you will be able to track it and see day by day where it is located 🤩
Asian cargo
Asia, of course, has an evident advantage in terms of proximity between the factory and the fulfillment hub. In fact, the Asian cargo is the only one that reaches its destination fulfillment hub by land and, for this reason, it was already delivered to the fulfillment center. These days they have started the packaging process, indeed.
We will keep you posted as soon as we have further information.
