Assembly process is over!
Hello everyone! How are you?
We have been constantly monitoring the situation both with our shipping agent and our manufacturer's referent. We confirm the assembly process was completed and the games have been sealed and secured in the boxes and then in the pallets, so the shipping process has officially started!
The first cargoes left!
Finally, the first cargoes containingthegames left! The Asian cargo was picked up and hit the road by land yesterday, while the Australian and part of the North American cargoes left today. For the others we are waiting for more information from our shipping agent. Below one photo of the Australian and a part of the North American games pick up for reference :)
Notification about the shipping process
Shipments in general, and in specific sea shipments, are experiencing considerable delays lately. A situation that seems to be getting even worse during the very last few days. We have been monitoring the shipping process for weeks and we have been constantly in touch with our shipping agent.
For instance, some of the bookings our shipping argent arranged for us keep on changing.
Our aim with today's update, as stated in update #20, was to provide you with the names of the ships, yet our shipping agent stated that at the moment they don't have certain information on the vessels. In fact, they are able to guarantee and provide details only once the pre-alerts are listed or once the ships actually depart.
They also informed us that, due to the recent pandemic outbreak, freight and shipping costs for sea transportation have increased lately. Of course we have ensured that those costs would not reflect on our backers.
Despite the general blurry situation, we decided to not delay this update in order to let you stay in the know and we will of course notify you as soon as we get the final ships' bookings.
4 Playmats already inside
On a last note, as you can see in the picture below, we created another SKU dedicated to those orders containing both the base game playmats and the additional playmats. This means that those of you who ordered all 4 playmats will find them all inside the Kickstarter Edition box directly ;)

Next Sanctuary dates!
Hi guys!
After reaching out to our manufacturer, who got back fully operative from the Chinese New Year's celebrations, we finally have some dates for you all.
As stated in the previous update, this week the assembly process has started. This phase will last for two weeks until March 19th. Right after that date, the games will be put into the cargoes and will be loaded on the ships, so the shipping process will begin.
In the next update we will also share with you the names of the ships so you will be able to track them :D
The Community Cards!
On a last note, we wanted to share the final look of the Community cards. Four passionate backers created these awesome cards, one for each faction, so go ahead and take a good look :) Kudos again for the winners ⬇👏

Project's previous steps
Hello everyone!
Here's a brief update to let everyone stay in the know on the previous andnext phases. As previously estimated by our manufacturer, we confirm the mass production for Sanctuary: The Keepers Era was concluded! We are happy to say that everything went smoothly as planned!
Afterwards, few days ago, we locked all backers'addresses.
Project's future steps
After the Chinese New Year's celebrations, the people at the factory will come back to work fully operative. By then, the next phase will be the manufacturing assembly of all games, which will happen in the next few weeks. Therefore, Sanctuary will be ready to be shipped soon.
Next, we will be able to book the ships with our logistics partners and the cargoes will be loaded consequently!

Without any doubt, they are exactly how we expected them to be!

Lock of addresses on February 15th!
Hey guys, how are you doing these days?
We are reaching out about the next step for Sanctuary, which is the lock of all orders in Backerkit. Here's how it works: next month we are going to export the whole information and we will hand it over to our fulfillment partners all over the world. This means that, if you need to change your shipping information, this is your last chance to update it.
We are going to lock the addresses on FEBRUARY15th at 5:00PMCET.
Please take into consideration that, after this date, we will hand the addresses to our fulfillment partners and we won't be able to change them anymore since they will no longer be under our control.
In order to change your shipping information you just need to go to your survey on Backerkit, click "Edit Your Address" in the top right corner of the page and there you will be able to type in your new address.
Below a screenshot to guide you in the address change process, if needed.

If, for any reason at all, you do think that you are going to move in the upcoming months, we suggest to insert the address of a relative or a friend of yours just to be sure. Anyway, If you need further assistance or you cannot retrieve your order's link don't hesitate to contact our support team at [email protected]and they will be glad to help you out.

Furthermore, we thought of sharing with you the final Rulebooks and Rulesheets (containing the Extra Rules) in English, French and Spanish so you can enjoy them while waiting for the game itself ^^
Please note that the Spanish Rulesheet will be available in the next update along with the German, Italian and Japanese Rulebooks and Rulesheets.

News and timelines so far!
Hello guys,
We hope everyone is doing great!
Here is a quick update to let you stay in the know of the process. We have been constantly monitoring production with our manufacturer which sent us some samples to check that everything went smoothly in the factory and that the quality requirements were met. Honestly speaking, everything is beyond our expectations, so we cannot be more excited about this 😍
Spoiler alert: Keep reading to see for yourself... 😏
Here are some possible timelines: the manufacturer estimates production will end before the Chinese New Year. The Kickstarter Editions needed more focus and attention in their specific making process, having a custom type of boxes (with the internal drawer and all the rest). As soon as the logistics partner is fully operative again after the Chinese New Year the shipping process will begin and the games will be put into the cargoes and loaded onto the ships, headed for the fulfillment centers around the world.
Of course, as soon as we have further estimates coming, we will release another update!
A surprise for Christmas!
