July 30th: orders lockdown!

Hello backers! How is everyone doing?

We wanted to let you know that now we have a date of when we are going to lock the orders on Backerkit for Sanctuary: The Keepers Era. 

We will lock the orders and charge the credit cards on:

 JULY 30TH AT 11:00 AM CEST

If any of you would like to have their credit card charged before this date, feel free to send an email to [email protected] and they will manually take care of it.

Therefore, if you haven't completed the survey yet, please do it as soon as possible, otherwise your order won't be part of the global fulfillment alongside the rest of the rewards. So, if anyone needs to change the add-ons, switch the pledge level or adjust the payment information in the survey, we suggest to do it now.

How to edit your order!

If you need to edit your orders' details you just need to go to your order in Backerkit and click the top-right corner where it says "Edit Your Order" and then modify it as you prefer, as shown in the example below.

Recap to complete your survey!

Please be sure you have successfully completed the survey and hopefully the list below will be helpful:

• Choose pledge level
• Choose add-ons
• Input shipping information
• Input payment information

Please take into consideration that, after this date, it will no longer be possible to upgrade your pledge level nor edit your add-ons. 

Last step after we lock the orders!

Keep in mind that, after we close the orders in Backerkit, the last step will be to lock all the addresses. In another update we will of course provide you with the deadline to insert your updated shipping information if needed (for example a sudden moving) and afterwards we will send all the details to our partners.

Pledge manager open: go fill the cart!

Hello dear Keepers, how is everyone doing?

As we previously announced in the comments section, few days ago we sent the Smoke test in Backerkit (the platform we rely on for the backers' orders) to the 5% of backers. We thoroughly checked if something fell through the cracks and it went terrifically, indeed! Since everything went smoothly, we are happy to announce that the Pledge Manager is officially open! :D 

You all will receive an email in your inbox with the invitation link to get to your personal Sanctuary: The Keepers Era survey. Since the number of backers is really high we will send the invitations in two batches: one now and another one in a few hours to avoid any possible slowdown in Backerkit.

Charging Level on Tabula Pulse? Deadline to get your name inside the box!

Just at the beginning of your survey you will be asked if you want to see your name inside the box of the Kickstarter Edition. People who are eligible for the name inside the box will be those Returning Backers who got the Charging level on our Tabula Pulse platform, dedicated to our precious Returning Backers indeed. 

The deadline for providing the name you wish inside the box will be:

 JUNE 15th AT 17:00 CEST

To give us the name of your choice, just click on the answer, and then proceed to put the name that you want to see in the little box. Please take into consideration that we reserve the right to refuse inappropriate names.

Early Birds: no actions required!

A message to all Early Birds, please take into account that your reward will be automatically included into your order, so you won't need to add the Art of Sanctuary to your cart by yourself (unless you want an additional copy, of course!) and you will be receiving it alongside the other items you chose!

€1 - Keepers Glory Backers

Now, for those who pledged €1, at the beginning of your survey you will find a huge green button stating "Get started". Well you will also notice the sentence "Switch your pledge level" under it, as you can see in the image below. Click there and you will be able to change your pledge level and consequently get access to all sorts of add-ons :)

KS Edition English or French? You choose!

As you know the Kickstarter Edition will be printed in French as well and, for this reason, we added a question at the beginning of the surveys "Do you want the Kickstarter Edition in English or French?". You just need to pick the most suitable option for you and then you will receive the game in that language with no additional costs. Also in case you want to add more copies, you will be given the possibility to choose the English or the French version :)

All backers: It's raining add-ons!

There are looooots of add-ons you can add to your cart related to Sanctuary: The Keepers Era and, as we announced lately, also some of our previous games are available, but please take into consideration that those are leftovers stocks and they are limited to every logistic hubs' specific availability, so we would suggest to hurry up to get your hands on them ;)

End of campaign? It is just the beginning!

Dear backers, first of all a huge thank you from each and every member of our team is owed! Lately we all have been experiencing a lot... And this campaign made us feel less apart, so thank you faithful supporters for showing us your warmth even and especially during these tough times!!! 

We passed the 7300 backers and without any doubts the comments section is definitely going to reach that number!

The road so far: last SGs!

The last SGs were as great as the previous ones, just to keep up the pace ;D With the one below you got yourselves a neat upgrade for the box! The insert will now be illustrated as well and your smallest components will be safely stored in their slots with the divider added!

As spoilered in the comments section yesterday, we also already released the soundtrack from our previous Stretch Goal smashed! Thought you might like the theme now as a doozy to sweeten the wait ;)

Congrats to the Winners, last SGs smashed and a juicy teaser!

What was accomplished lately!

Hello, dear supporters!

Being this the last week (what? Really?) we thought an additional update might be well appreciated, so here we are to let you stay in the know :) 

These last days we welcomed many more people -so far we have almost 6000, wow- and the comments section kept exploding, more than 6200 comments. You are wonderful!!!

Talking about Stretch Goals, the achievement was just as impressive! 

First the new look for the splendor tokens.

Then two more Item Cards with a real cool artwork!

And another upgrade for the Splendor Tokens, since nobody wants them to be less appealing than the Aegis, correct? Now they are screen printed as well!

After 2 additional Item Cards were added and this time it is a ring!

Afterwards you added 2 other Item Cards (a neat tome), great!

Lastly your last achievement -for the day :P- was the astonishing Keepers' soundtrack for the App! Can you imagine the epic feeling of a music composed specifically for Sanctuary? It will make your game nights even more immersive!

We already know the composer, since he created also the soundtrack for the App of our first game Barbarians: The Invasion! You backers won't be disappointed, this guy is brilliant! :D

More sleeves -> same pledge!

Also, since tons of new cards were unlocked from the beginning of the campaign, we updated the add-ons section and now the 20€ Keepers Sleeves will be 260! Other than the custom sleeves, this pack will also include 10 clear sleeves for the cards' backs you'd hate to "hide". It is an even better deal, don't you agree? :)

Fourth Winner announcement!

We really appreciated everyone's commitment, but now it is time for us to announce the fourth and unfortunately the last winner of the Weekly Reward! It was a hard decision seeing the awesome community around us, but lastly we made it! The French Version is happening!

Since the beginning of the campaign loooots of French backers asked about the possibility to make a French version of Sanctuary: The Keepers Era. As we previously stated in the comments section, lately we have been thoroughly assessing with our manufacturer whether if it would be viable to sustain a parallel French production of the game. 

Well, today we are very thrilled to announce that we just received a positive response from them! In the pledge manager you will have the chance to select this version with no additional costs, so French backers, you will get your game in your own language!!! 🎊

Deckbuilding Via points mode: more detailed explanation!

Previously we gave you a little taste of deckbuilding, but now we wanna give you more! 

The Deckbuilding is a new way to choose which cards you want to play during Sanctuary: the Keepers Era game. Each card has its own value and players can build their own deck by “spending” a certain amount of points during a pre-game phase. Points will be spent to form a deck with exactly 28 acolytes/rituals, in addition each player must select a champion and 4 Sanctuaries that complete their assets. Decks built this way cannot have two cards with the same name. There will be even a variant ruleset in which each player will draft faction decks in order to speed up the deckbuilding process. Furthermore, the recently unlocked function of the app will give you support to create the deckbuilding decks, both before and during the phase where you will use the decks created earlier by getting inside your dedicated vault!

Linen finish on cards!

We noticed many of our supporters have some doubts about the linen finish. In our opinion it is a really good upgrade for the cards! It ensures long lasting durability. We think of Sanctuary: The Keepers Era as a game you never get tired of, so it is fundamental to provide high quality cards :)

We thought it would be helpful to take a look at Mysthea cards to see how linen finish looks on cards, so here's a first photo with only the Mysthea cards and below another one with Mysthea cards compared with Volfyirion cards. Hopefully these photos help you see the details!

Previous games in the pledge manager? Heck yeah!

So glad to hear everyone wants to add our previous games to their collection. What can we say? It's flattering, for sure!! To show our gratitude towards your active interest we decided to make it official: our previous games of the Mysthea Universe (Icaion, Mysthea Essential, Volfyirion - card game and miniature) will be part of the Pledge Manager after the end of this campaign. Our supporters, once there, will be able to add them as add-ons to their order.

Please take into consideration that quantities depend on our left stocks. In Europe we have plenty of stocks, whereas in our other worldwide hubs (Asian, North American and Australian) the copies are very limited (an average of less than 30 copies per hub). Once those left stocks will be depleted, we will fall back on our European hub copies, but of course there will be additional charges for the shipping.

A weekend treat!

This weekend an interesting video will be displayed in the campaign page: our brilliant 3D modeler that creates one of the sanctuaries from scratch, so be sure to stay tuned. It is something nobody should miss! 

Oh and, at the beginning of next week, we will reveal the names chosen for the Solo Cards! Another reason why you need to stick with us :)
